Hi, I’m Laura. This site was borne out of my own frustrations with spending too much time on meal planning and prep. As someone that loves tasty food, I didn’t want to compromise taste to save time. And I also wanted to keep it healthy. On Meal Prep Maven, I’ll share what I’ve learned along the way.

What you can expect at Meal Prep Maven

Meal planning and prep can be anything from having an idea of what meals you will be making to preparing individually packaged meals so they're ready to go. It all depends on your needs.

All the meals that I talk about here will be plant-based because we are a vegan household. The techniques and ideas can work for anyone though. If you’re feeling like you’re in a rut and looking for some healthier alternatives for your prepped meals, this is the place for you.

This site is a no-hate zone I want this to be a safe space for LGBTQ folks. And same for POC. As a cis white woman, the writings here will be informed by that experience. But my inbox is always open to suggestions for making the site more friendly and usable for others.
